2" Aluminum Roll Tube and Splice Our aluminum roll tube is lighter and extends the life of the tarp. The double layer splice creates a stronger roll tube. Heavy steel tubes rust and corrode creating friction against the tarp that may shorten the life of the fabric.
Exclusive Tarp Attachment We attach the tarp to the aluminum roll tube by sliding the tarp in a channel. This creates consistent and equal tension across the whole tube; making for quick and easy install as well as less wear and tear on the fabric.
Tarp Construction Our tarps are carefully manufactured from the highest performing, rip-stop and waterproof materials available. To insure quality and durability, the tarps are hand sewn with tight and straight stitches. This contributes to a square and even tarp, resulting in a long lasting product you will be proud to own.
Heavy Duty Galvanized* Tubular Bows Our quick release bows are easy to install and height adjustable for better tarp support. *Stainless steel upgrade is available.
Ridge Strap Our 1" ridge strap spans end to end across center of the bows. Provides extra support preventing tarp from sagging between the bows. To prevent splatter, put a 360 degree twist in the strap.
Galvanized* Custom End Caps Our caps are crimped, not welded - welds tend to crack, and crimping is proven to be stronger and more flexible. Our caps also have a built-in bow and wind deflector for keeping the elements out. *Stainless steel or aluminum upgrades are available.
1" Fixed Stationary Tube Tarp is attached to the stationary tube that runs the entire length of the box. The tube is attached to the box by a series of Quick Release Tarp Brackets.
Heavy Duty Tube Stop Clip Under one of the Tarp Stop Brackets, there is a Tube Stop Clip that keeps the tarp system from sliding and vibrating during travel, extending tarp life.
Quick Release Tarp Brackets Standard in all of our kits. Made from extruded aluminum, they open and close for easy tarp removal.
Standard Front Return System Our heavy duty cord assists the operator when opening and closing. It provides a pulling action at the front of the tarp that allows for an easier operation.
Manual Rear Return Kit (Optional) Adding this kit to the rear of a manual tarp that has only a front tarp return will help maintain a tight and even roll at both ends.
